COVID-19 - AG Group Ltd Update

Due to the current outbreak of COVID-19, we feel it is important to update you on changes we have made here at AG Group Limited.

We are monitoring daily official guidance from the UK government and have implemented all recommended precautionary measures to safeguard the health and well-being of our staff and you our customers.

Our Sales and Administration teams are implementing measures to keep our day to day support to you up and running effectively for the foreseeable future however this may be affected slightly as we adjust to the possibility of initiating “work from home” measures to protect our people. Contact numbers will still remain the same and email access is unchanged to ensure we can act upon your enquiries accordingly.


Our engineers are fully equipped with all essential equipment to enable them to still provide you onsite support where required. We will endeavour to provide you the support you expect however we ask that you take into consideration that we, as with other industries, are unsure of the impacts of the COVID-19 virus will have on our daily business moving forward.


How can you help?

If you require any support from us during this time please make us aware of any measures that you have implemented to advise our engineers/support team where necessary i.e. access to premises, changes to contacts/contact details, temporary business closures.


Currently there have been no reported cases of COVID-19 at AG Group Limited. These changes are part of our social distancing measures.
